Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 5, 2026

This page covers pricezena.com and the Zena iOS and Android apps.

WE DO NOT RUN ADS. WE DO NOT TRACK YOU ACROSS OTHER APPS OR SITES. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA. WE DO NOT USE ANY THIRD-PARTY ANALYTICS SDK.

1. Account Information

We collect your email address. We collect your name if you give us one: it is optional when you sign in with Apple, and we ask for it if you sign up by email. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we store the identifier that provider gives us for your account, so we can recognize you the next time you sign in.

In the Android app, you can read the news and markets without an account. If you choose to sign in, we use your email to send a six-digit code through Resend and to recognize your Zena account. Android does not offer Apple or Google sign-in.

2. Session Token

We issue a session token that keeps you signed in on your device.

On Android, that token is encrypted with a device-keystore key. The Android app does not back up the token to cloud storage.

3. Device Push Token

If you turn on notifications, Apple gives us a token for your device. We use it to send the alerts you asked for.

4. Alerts, Saved Markets and Inbox

We store the markets you bookmark and the automatic alert rules that come with them. We keep an inbox in the app of alerts we have already sent you.

5. Venue Accounts and Wallets

The Android app is read-only. It does not connect a venue account or wallet, place orders, or send you to a venue trading page.

If you used an earlier app build to connect Kalshi, its API key stays in your phone's keychain and is never sent to Zena's servers. When you connect a Polymarket wallet on your phone, its public account and signer addresses are stored on that phone. Your wallet app approves signatures, and orders are sent from your device to Polymarket. Zena never holds your funds, Kalshi credentials, wallet private key, WalletConnect session or Polymarket order credentials on our servers.

You can separately choose to link a Polymarket signing wallet to your Zena web account so the iPhone app can recognize it. If you do, we store the verified public signer address, verification time and the association between your web and iPhone Zena accounts. A short-lived, one-use code pairs those accounts. The link is for recognition only; it does not let the iPhone place orders. The phone still needs its own wallet connection and your separate trading opt-in.

6. Server Logs

We host on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs. Those logs include your IP address.

The Android app does not request device location or use your IP address to select a regional market board. We do not use server request logs for advertising or location tracking.

7. Zena Chat and AI

Market questions you type into Zena chat are sent to Anthropic, which generates the answer.

8. Email Delivery

Sign-in codes and other account email are sent through Resend.

If you use Help and support in the Android app, we receive the message you type and any reply email you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request. The form also sends the time spent before submission, which we use only for automated-spam prevention. Please do not include passwords, sign-in codes, or wallet keys.

9. How We Use This Information

We use this information to operate your account and keep you signed in, to send the alerts and notifications you asked for, to answer questions you ask Zena chat, to secure the Services and investigate abuse, and to run and improve the product. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, each of whom processes it only to provide that one service to us.

10. Deleting Your Data

In the app, open your profile and choose Delete account. This deletes that iPhone Zena account, including its email and name, Apple or Google identifier, sessions, saved markets and alerts, inbox, push token and any pairing to a Zena web account. This cannot be undone. A separately signed-in Zena web account and its optional wallet link are not deleted by the iPhone action. To remove that link, use Unlink from Zena on pricezena.com; you can also remove only the iPhone pairing in the app's Polymarket section.

In the Android app, open Profile and choose Delete account. This deletes the Zena mobile account associated with that sign-in, including its email, name (if any), and sessions. It does not delete a separate Zena web account or a Kalshi or Polymarket account. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion through our account-deletion page.

11. Age

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Connecting a venue account, such as Kalshi or Polymarket, is subject to that venue's own eligibility rules, including its own minimum age.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

13. Contact

Questions about this policy, or about your data, can be sent through our contact form, or to Zena Trading Inc. at [email protected].
