Whether you’re managing subscriptions, handling recurring expenses, or just want peace of mind, Auto Reload ensures you never have to worry about declined transactions or manual top-ups again.
No more last-minute scrambles—just uninterrupted, seamless spending power.
How It Works
Zena continuously monitors your account balance. When it falls to or below your specified threshold, we automatically transfer a preset amount into your account.
You control two key settings:
- Threshold amount – The balance that triggers a reload (e.g., $500)
- Reload amount – The funds added when the threshold is hit (e.g., $3,000)
These settings are fully customizable, and Auto Reload is enabled by default—so you’re always covered.
Managing Your Settings
To view or update your Auto Reload preferences:
- Open the Spending Power section in the Zena app
- Select Auto Reload
- Click Edit
- Set your threshold and reload amounts
- Click Update Settings
Once set, Zena will automatically top up your balance whenever needed. All Auto Reload transfers will appear under your Transfers tab, just like any other transaction.
