Running out of funds mid-transaction can disrupt your day and your workflow. With
Zena Auto Reload
, you can keep your balance topped up automatically. Whether you’re managing recurring expenses or paying vendors, Zena now keeps your account ready so you can stay focused on your business.
How Zena Auto Reload Works
Zena Auto Reload kicks in when your account drops to or below a specific balance.
You choose two key settings:
- Threshold amount – when to trigger the reload (e.g. $500)
- Reload amount – how much to add automatically (e.g. $3,000)
Once you set it, Zena monitors your balance and transfers funds as needed. All Auto Reloads appear in your Transfers tab for full visibility.
How To Set It Up
To enable or edit Auto Reload:
- Open the Spending Power section in the Zena app
- Tap Auto Reload
- Select Edit Settings
- Enter your threshold and reload amount
- Tap Update Settings
Auto Reload is enabled by default—so you may already be covered.
Set It and Forget It
With Zena handling top-ups, you don’t need to worry about declined payments or interrupted workflows.
